Please join us Friday 8/3 for an outdoor Shabbat gathering in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Our beloved Julia Knobloch hosts the Kol haKfar community in her backyard, near the D/N at 36th St or the R at 25th St. We can move indoors if needed.
We’ll enjoy spirited Friday night Shabbat prayers and share a dairy/pescatarian community dinner, along with a word of Torah. Please let us know on the RSVP spreadsheet what you’re bringing so we have a fantastic meal: http://bit.ly/16E6VnC

Kol haKfar is a traditional, lay-led egalitarian Jewish minyan that gathers in members’ apartments in downtown Manhattan and in Brooklyn on Friday nights. We’re a welcoming community mostly in our 20s – 40s. We celebrate Shabbat evenings family style, in a home, with spirited Hebrew prayers and a meal. We have the siddurim and kippot, we ask members to please contribute to the meal — and sing with ruach!
